how to book a pitch at Highfield
to make your booking on Highfield, please contact us by phone,
fax, e-mail or snail mail letter to check the availability of your
chosen dates.
Please have ready your arrival date, departure date, number of
nights required - and indicate your preferred site - Highfield 1,
Highfield 2, when you book.
In addition please have your Club membership number to hand.
We will book you in provisionally, and hold your details for an
agreed number of days.
Download and print up a booking form and post it to us with your deposit - normally the price of one full night's stay.
We can post out a copy to you
Enclose an SAE or provide your email details and we'll send you a
confirmation and receipt.
The balance of payment in full is due on arrival on site.
Sorry, we are unable to accept credit or debit cards.
Deposits are accepted on a first come, first served basis, so book
early to secure your chosen dates.
